We had our first two people select their lots this weekend, which is super exciting. There are 33 more folks on our priority list and we will work through the list as fast as we are able. I’ll be reaching out via email and/or phone.
In the attached image, the lots with a blue box covering it have been reserved. The lots with a yellow box are reserved for short-term rentals (we will be live on Campspot.com for short-term very soon).

Fees? How far from dayton?
Hi Mike – the seasonal rate is 3800. Our short-term rates should be up soon and we will be using Campspot.com as our reservation system. If you plot the drive to Meldahl Dam from Dayton that is very accurate as we are literally next door to the dam parking lot. Our address is a new address, so it sometimes doesn’t show up right on google maps (we have given them the feedback and are trying to get it updated. Thanks!
