$3,800 plus electric – Seasonal pricing for the time period 4/28 through 11/1 2023. We will pro-rate seasonal accordingly during the season if you decide to book a seasonal site after we open. If you intend to stay in the park outside of the seasonal timeframe you will be charged at the $750/month rate.
$750 plus electric – Monthly
Seasonal and Monthly pricing is inclusive of all amenities at the park plus septic and water. Each RV lot has its own electric meter and will be responsible for a monthly electric bill.
