Located on the site of an old airstrip, The Landing at Bear Creek RV Park opened in May, 2022. The park is located 30 minutes from the Cincinnati bypass (275) on the Ohio side of the Ohio River just West of Meldahl Dam. The physical address of the park is 5431 US Highway 52 in Felicity, OH.
Park Amenities:
- 119 full hook-up (50 and 30 amp at each spot, water, sewage) RV lots
- 58 riverfront RV lots on the Ohio River
- 48 lots overlooking the valley down to Bear Creek
- 9 “pull-through” lots in the middle of the park
- 3 non “pull-through” lots in the middle of the park
- Community pavilion
- Splash pad
- Playground
- Gaga ball pit
- Corn hole
- Fire pits at each lot as well as a few larger community fire pits
- Fishing access on both the Ohio River and Bear Creek
- Elevated, “high and dry” RV storage in the off-season
- We will be maintaining a generous social event budget as well and will survey guests to determine how those funds are used
