Chip is making appointments now so folks can determine if they are interested. A $200 deposit towards a seasonal lease reserves your spot in line to choose your spot, which should happen in the next few weeks.

Check out a few photos from the property taken around Thanksgiving. We are pretty excited about camping here!

    1. Hi Laura – I think you reached me on Facebook as well. I’ll give you a call tomorrow! Best, Chip.

  1. Do you have a boat ramp and is electric included in the $2950 for seasonal renting on riverfront? Also what are the seasonal dates?

    1. Hi Janet,
There are two public boat ramps a mile away (one a mile upstream and the other a mile downstream). We will have parking for boats if people don’t want to keep it in their lot. While we are looking into a boat ramp, there is a process there and we need approval from the Army Corps of Engineers. We are not sure how that process will turn out at this point.
Electric is not included in the seasonal rate. Each lot will have their own electric meter. Water and sewage is included.
Thanks for the question and apologies for the slow reply. I realized that I do not receive a notification when we get a comment on our website. I am working to change that now.
